Wanted to run an idea by you.

For the past three months, I've been sharing my proven mini-systems, frameworks, and templates that have helped me consistently hit targets while still leaving the office by 5pm. Many of you have implemented these approaches and shared your success stories with me.

But here's what I've realized: I'm just one sales professional with one perspective.

You—the Systematic Sales Leader community—represent hundreds of years of collective sales experience across different industries, territories, and selling motions.

Up until now, I've been the only one sharing systems... but here's what I'm thinking:

I want to feature YOUR best sales systems alongside mine through a new "Community Systems Spotlight" initiative.

These would be practical, proven approaches from other sales professionals in our community focusing on:

• Closing more deals without working evenings

• Prioritizing activities for maximum impact

• Managing pipeline more effectively

• etc., etc.

Each featured system will include full attribution to you, your role, and background (with a LinkedIn link if you'd like).

By sharing your system, you'll:

• Position yourself as an innovative sales leader/seller

• Help fellow professionals work smarter

• Get thoughtful community feedback
